<center> <div style="font:arial, monospace 6px; padding:2px; width:640px; height:480px; overflow:auto; border:1px black groove; margin:2% 2%"> <center>DOCTOR WEB, LTD.'s SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT</center> <p>The present License agreement is a legal agreement between You, end user (either an individual or a company, hereinafter referred to as "You") licensing the "Dr.Web anti-virus program" software (hereinafter referred to as "SOFTWARE"), and "Doctor Web, Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "Licenser") - the developer and the exclusive Title holder to the accompanying SOFTWARE in which developments and technologies of other developers licensed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and international conventions can be used. <p>1. Licenser hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the SOFTWARE on the terms specified hereunder. If you do not agree to the terms of the present License Agreement, you may not install or use the SOFTWARE. By receiving a license key file, which explicitly defines the extent of the rights licensed to you under the present Agreement, you hereby agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. All the conditions stipulated below, should be treated both with regard to the SOFTWARE and to all its components. The SOFTWARE and the accompanying documentation are subject to the exclusive property rights of the Licenser. Infringement in using the SOFTWARE is considered illegal and may be legally prosecuted. <p>2. The SOFTWARE is activated by the license key file generated during the registration at Licenser's web-site when your e-mail address, your family name, name and surname - for private users, or the company name - for the entity, are submitted. To receive a license key file you should have a registration serial number, which must be delivered to you at the place of purchase. The SOFTWARE can be used only during the definite term, in the definite operating system and for the quantity of computers (workstations, servers, etc.) indicated in the license key file, with consideration of other restrictions specified in this file. <p>3. The title to the SOFTWARE, licensed under the present Agreement, is retained by Licenser. You are allowed to make as many copies of the license key file as you need to install the SOFTWARE on the number of computers (workstations or servers) defined in the license key file. Additionally, no more than two backup copies of the license key file may be made. You may not transfer those copies to any third parties, or write them onto a media accessible for third parties without your knowledge. Should Licenser find a valid license key in a place where any one may obtain it without restriction or your knowledge of it, Licenser can immediately terminate this Agreement without notice. If the legally purchased license key file was damaged or lost, Licenser may submit to you another key, though Licenser reserves the right to consider commercial efficiency of such actions. <p>4. You may not alter, decompile, reverse engineer, decrypt or perform other actions with the object code of the SOFTWARE, with the aim to obtain information on algorithms used in the SOFTWARE without Doctor Web's written consent to it. You may not modify the internal protection procedure of the licensed SOFTWARE, or change the license key file. Copying the SOFTWARE with the removed or corrupted internal protection mechanism and the verification of the integrity of the license key file, as well as using such SOFTWARE, is considered illegal. You may not also distribute the SOFTWARE, i.e. to give direct or indirect access to the SOFTWARE (or its components), reproduced in any material form or in any other way, including through a network, neither may it be sold, rented, borrowed, including import for any other of the above purposes. You are not allowed to render services or do any work according to contracts with third parties with direct or indirect usage of the SOFTWARE. <p>5. During the term of the Agreement you may use the SOFTWARE, receive the virus database updates, as well as the SOFTWARE program modules upgrades, when they are issued by Licenser, contact technical support service of Licenser or its Distributor, which has a correspondent contract with Licenser. Licenser warrants that every user's application will receive a response, provided that it submits its registration data through the electronic system of the technical support on the web-site of Licenser or via e-mail. You hereby agree that the data received from your during the registration, as well as the information submitted to the technical support service, may be used by Licenser at its own discretion for internal purposes solely. Licenser guarantees that it will treat such information as confidential and it will not be accessed by third parties or individuals not being a staff of Licenser. <p>6. The SOFTWARE and the accompanying documentation are supplied on an "AS IS" basis, which is an international practice. This means that in no event will the Licenser be liable for possible damage incurred by you during the installation, updating, support or operation of the SOFTWARE (including non-compatibility of the SOFTWARE or its conflicts with the software of third parties (packages, drivers, etc.), or problems arising out of ambiguous interpretation of the accompanying documentation, or if the operation of the SOFTWARE does not meet your expectations, etc.). <p>Any company or individual legally using the SOFTWARE understands that the entire risk for possible negative consequences caused by non-compatibility of the SOFTWARE or its conflicts with the software of third parties installed on your PC(s) or servers is borne by himself (herself). The SOFTWARE is not designed and licensed for use in the information systems operating in hazardous environments or in life support equipment, where its failure to operate may threaten people's lives or incur gross financial damages. <p>7. The Agreements comes to effect upon receipt of the License key file by you. The term of the Agreement is specified in the License key file and corresponds to the acquired right to use the software licensed to you.
