How do I renew my Dr.Web license online?

  • If you are a user of Dr.Web Anti-virus for Windows — either 1 user or 2 user license, visit Dr.Web online store and chose the license you want to renew. Pay for the license renewal. Your serial number will be sent to you via e-mail. Register your serial number and immediately receive Dr.Web key file – the renewal is then complete!
  • If you are a user of another license for Dr.Web, complete the application web-form below.
How do I find my Dr.Web key file?

The key file always has a .key extension and is usually located in the Dr.Web installation directory (Its location depends on the operating system installed on your computer. Under MS Windows it is, as a rule, C:\Program Files\DrWeb\drweb32.key)
